ABOUT ESTHER
Welcome to Esther's space for yoga, meditation and wellbeing offerings. With over two decades of personal practice and teaching, Esther brings a wealth of wisdom and compassion to her classes.
Esther's classes offer a sanctuary for all, regardless of experience level. Her nurturing approach encourages you to explore your practice at your own pace, fostering mindfulness and inner peace.
Drawing from her extensive training and rich background in various yoga styles, including Ashtanga Vinyasa, restorative yoga, and yoga for athletes, Esther bring a nuanced approach to her classes. Her expertise extends to specialised areas such as pregnancy and postnatal (perinatal) yoga, yoga for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and applied Polyvagal Theory in yoga, Accessible and Chair Yoga, MBSR, and yoga nidra meditation. Esther's teachings blend tradition with a modern understanding of movement, neuroscience, and meditation. Her gentle guidance allows students to connect with their bodies, breath, and minds, creating a space for growth and self-awareness.
When Esther isn't on the mat, you can find her playing upside down with aerial yoga, sling and hoop, swotting up on the latest studies, tracking down her latest vinyl loves, with a nose in a book, and spending time with her (increasingly not so) little ones.
Join Esther on the mat in Twyford, Wallingford, Henley, Watlington, Streatley, and beyond, and reconnect with your body and mind.
Book a class now and start reconnecting with your body, your breath, and with you!
